Job summary

Hire The Keys is seeking a dependable, friendly Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our Key West practice. This is primarily a clinical dental assisting role with front-office duties as needed, working directly with the dentist and patients to ensure excellent care.

Experience in dental assisting is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate; radiography certification is a plus. The position is full-time and in-person with relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Dental assisting experience preferred but not required.
• Willing to train the right candidate.
• Dental radiography/certification preferred; training available.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist chairside during examinations and procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments.
• Maintain clinical supplies and patient records.
• Provide patients with pre- and post-operative instructions and ensure comfort.
• Support front-office tasks when needed; ensure smooth patient flow and scheduling.
