Job summary

North Penn Endo – Lansdale is seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our busy specialty practice. You will support the Dentist and provide a world-class patient experience by handling chair-side tasks and patient prep.

This role offers a Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM and Friday 8:00 AM–2:00 PM schedule, opportunities to learn, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, life insurance, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• At least 1+ year experience as a dental assistant.
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods.
• Understanding of health & safety regulations.
• Ability to perform regulated non-surgical tasks.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Active state X-Ray license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and ensure their comfort in the office.
• Prepare patients for treatment and set up instruments.
• Sterilize instruments according to regulations.
• Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry.
• Schedule appointments and maintain patient records.
• Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked.
• Work Mon–Thu 8:00 AM–4:30 PM and Fri 8:00 AM–2:00 PM.
