Wiseman Endodontics in Sioux Falls, SD, seeks a full-time Dental Assistant to join a compassionate, patient-focused team. Experience is welcome but not required; training and IV certification are provided. You’ll support root canals, imaging, sterilization, and day-to-day clinical operations while delivering excellent patient care.

• Document in patient management software.
• Support inventory, ordering, and clinical operations.
• Collaborate with admin team for seamless care.
• Assist with IV sedation setups (certification provided).
• Assist with treatment planning and case documentation.
• Draft reports.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Assisting during root canals, retreatments, and apicoectomies
• Preparing and maintaining operatories with a focus on infection control
• Taking high-quality digital X-rays (CBCT and periapical)
• Sterilizing instruments and maintaining equipment
• Communicating clearly and compassionately with patients
• Documenting in patient management software
• Supporting inventory, ordering, and clinical operations
• Collaborating with the admin team for seamless care
• Supporting patient comfort, including therapy dog and IV sedation setups (certification and training provided)
• Assisting with treatment planning and case documentation
• Drafting reports
• Answering phone calls, addressing patients’ questions, and making appointments
• Providing phone coverage once a month on select Mondays and Fridays
