Job Overview

Endodontic Dental Assistant Wanted - Full-time!

We’re looking for an experienced dental assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves helping patients feel comfortable, and takes pride in exceptional care.

This position splits time between our two offices (Elk Grove on Laguna Springs Blvd & Sacramento on Fair Oaks Blvd/Howe Ave) as needed and will work 1-2 Saturdays a month.

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor during endodontic procedures, including root canals and retreatments
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain sterilization standards
• Take high-quality radiographs and CBCT scans
• Support patients with compassion and reassurance throughout treatment
• Maintain accurate clinical records and charting
• Work collaboratively with a positive, high-performing team

Qualifications

• Endodontic or specialty dental assisting experience preferred; 1+ years (but we’ll train the right fit)
• X-ray certification required
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
• A calm, confident, and patient-centered attitude
• Someone who values teamwork, professionalism, and positivity
