Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and experienced Dental Assistant Floater to join our team, providing essential support across our seven practices on the westside of Phoenix. This position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to work in various locations while ensuring high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities:
Assist dentists during a range of procedures, including surgery, implants, and endodontics.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and dental equipment.
Perform dental scanning and ensure accurate imaging for diagnostic purposes.
Provide exceptional patient care and support throughout treatment visits.
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with appointment scheduling as needed.
Adapt to different office environments and contribute to a cohesive team dynamic.
Manage inventory and ensure that dental supplies are readily available.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a dental practice (Dentrix experience preferred).
DANB certification (required).
EFDA certification preferred; pay scale will adjust accordingly.
Completion of an accredited Dental Assistant program.
Valid Dental Assistant certification/license in the state of Arizona.
Radiography certification preferred.
CPR certification is a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary EFDA-level candidates can earn $30+ per hour, depending on experience.
