Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant in Minnesota. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage between $35 and $40 and a $1,500 sign-on bonus. You’ll gain extensive training, benefits, and opportunities to grow within a supportive, community-focused practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Take dental x-rays.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Execute patient handoffs and monitors patient flow within the practice.
• Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain good oral health.
• Complete denture soft relines and manufacture temporary crowns.
• Perform quality impressions and bite registrations.
• Perform digital intraoral scans.
• Support patient charting for doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with practice team to ensure optimum patient satisfaction.
