Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active license or permit per state; x-ray certification may be required.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist during various procedures.
• Take dental x-rays.
• Set up and breakdown operatory after treatment.
• Manage patient handoffs and flow within the practice.
• Manage infection control; sterilize instruments.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene.
• Complete denture relines and temporary crowns.
• Take quality impressions and bite registrations.
• Perform digital intraoral scans.
• Support charting for doctors.
• Perform office tasks as needed.
• Collaborate to ensure patient satisfaction.
