Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring a Dental Assistant in a Full Time capacity. You will support clinicians, take dental x-rays, and manage operatory setup and infection control. You will educate patients on oral hygiene and help ensure smooth patient flow.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients of all ages.
• Committed to ongoing learning and professional development.
• Able to work collaboratively with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active license/registration/permit as required by state; including x-ray certification if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Take dental x-rays.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene.
