Aspen Dental in Lancaster, Ohio, is hiring a Dental Assistant to support clinical needs, take x-rays, and ensure clean, efficient operatory setup. You will work with doctors and the care team to deliver quality patient care in a busy practice.

The role is full-time with benefits including PTO, health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, and opportunities for ongoing training and development, including free CE through TAG U.

Competenze

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Active license, registration, or permit as required by the state; including x-ray certification if applicable.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
• Ability to work collaboratively with dental team to provide patient care.

Mansioni

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Take dental x-rays
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Execute patient handoffs and monitor patient flow within the practice
• Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain good oral health
• Complete denture relines and manufacture temporary crowns
• Perform quality impressions and bite registrations
• Perform digital intraoral scans
• Support patient charting for doctors
• Perform various office tasks as necessary
• Collaborate with practice team to ensure optimum patient satisfaction
