Aspen Dental is hiring a Dental Assistant to support the clinical team in our patient‑facing practice. This full‑time role offers $19-$25/hour, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth within a world‑class dental service organization.

You’ll assist during procedures, take x-rays, prepare operatory, manage infection control, educate patients on oral hygiene, and support the team to ensure excellent patient care and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
• Active license, registration, or permit as required by the state; including x-ray certification if required.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Take dental x-rays.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Execute patient handoffs and monitors patient flow within the practice.
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain good oral health.
• Complete denture relines and manufacture temporary crowns.
• Perform quality impressions and bite registrations.
• Perform digital intraoral scans.
• Support patient charting for doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with practice team to ensure optimum patient satisfaction.
