Aspen Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant who will support clinical needs, receive world-class training, and contribute to community smiles. The role emphasizes patient care, X-ray imaging, infection control, and collaboration with the dental team in a fast-paced practice.

The position offers full-time hours, hourly pay in the mid-20s, and a benefits package that supports work-life balance and professional development.

Formación

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Ability to work collaboratively with the dental team to provide quality patient care.
• High school diploma or equivalent; X-ray certification if required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist during a variety of dental treatment procedures.
• Take dental x-rays.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Execute patient handoffs and monitor patient flow within the practice.
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain good oral health.
• Assist with denture relines and temporary crowns.
• Perform impressions and bite registrations.
• Perform digital intraoral scans.
• Support patient charting for doctors.
• Carry out various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with the practice team to ensure patient satisfaction.
