Job summary

Aspen Dental in Colorado is seeking a Dental Assistant to support clinical teams and ensure smooth patient flow. This full-time position offers competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will take X-rays, set up operatory, sterilize instruments, educate patients on oral care, and collaborate with the practice team to deliver excellent patient experiences. A state license and high school diploma are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Take dental x-rays.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Execute patient handoffs and monitor patient flow within the practice.
• Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain good oral health.
• Complete denture relines and manufacture temporary crowns.
• Perform quality impressions and bite registrations.
• Perform digital intraoral scans.
• Support patient charting for doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with practice team to ensure optimum patient satisfaction.
