Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active license, registration, or permit as required by state; including x-ray certification if required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to connect with patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of dental treatment procedures.
• Take dental x-rays.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene strategies to maintain good oral health.
• Collaborate with the practice team to ensure patient satisfaction.
• Perform infection control—prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Complete denture relines and fabricate temporary crowns.
• Perform digital intraoral scans and assist with charting.
