Aspen Dental, a world-class dental service organization, is hiring a Dental Assistant in Houston, TX. The role offers a full-time schedule with hourly pay of $18–$20 and a benefits package including PTO, health/dental/vision, and a 401(k) match.

You will assist during procedures, take x-rays, maintain operatory setup, and support patient flow and charting. The position emphasizes ongoing learning and professional growth within a supportive team.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active license/registration or permit as required by state; including x-ray certification if required.
• Ability to work with patients of all ages.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsabilidades

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Take dental x-rays.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Execute patient handoffs and monitor patient flow within the practice.
• Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene strategies to maintain good oral health.
• Complete denture relines and temporary crowns.
• Perform impressions and bite registrations.
• Perform digital intraoral scans.
• Support patient charting for doctors.
• Collaborate with practice team to ensure optimum patient satisfaction.
