Aspen Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant to support clinicians and patients in a busy practice. This full-time role offers training, a competitive hourly wage, and pathways for growth.

You will assist with procedures, take X-rays, manage instrument sterilization, and help educate patients on oral health in a collaborative team environment. Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the dental team.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active license, registration, or permit as required; including x-ray certification if needed.

Responsabilités

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Take dental x-rays and ensure patient comfort.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Monitor patient flow and handoffs within the practice.
• Maintain infection control and sterilize instruments.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene strategies.
• Complete denture relines and temporary crowns as needed.
• Perform impressions, bite registrations, and intraoral scans.
• Support patient charting for doctors and office tasks.
