Qualifications

• Dental Assistant Certification preferred; Radiology and CPR required.
• No experience necessary—training provided.
• Familiarity with Dentrix and Kodak software is a plus.
• Strong communication and a team-first attitude; thrive in a fast-paced dental environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and provide education throughout treatment.
• Review patient health history to ensure quality care.
• Take and process X-rays and diagnostics (iTero 3D scanner, digital photography).
• Provide chairside assistance (four-handed dentistry) to dentists during procedures.
• Utilize Dentrix for scheduling and record keeping.
• Prepare treatment rooms adhering to safety protocols (OSHA & CDC).
• Manage supplies and place/expedite orders; support Heartland Dental systems.
• Collaborate with providers to maximize office workflow.
