Job summary

Heartland Dental LLC in North Port, FL is seeking a full-time, experienced Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of chairside experience and a motivation to provide exceptional patient care.

This role offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus, a Monday–Thursday schedule from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, and opportunities to grow within a nationwide dental support organization that emphasizes quality care and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience with chairside assisting is needed.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and providing patient care.
• Regular HIPAA training and PHI protection required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and provide patient education throughout treatment.
• Review patient health history to ensure quality care.
• Take and process X-rays and diagnostic assessments (iTero 3D scanner, digital photography).
• Provide chairside assistance to dentists during procedures with four-handed dentistry.
• Utilize Dentrix for scheduling and record keeping.
