Dental365 in Toledo, OH is seeking an entry-level Dental Assistant (floater) to welcome patients, support the Dentist, and ensure infection control throughout procedures.

Open to part-time or full-time opportunities with a salary range of $17–$21 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package including health/vision, 401(k) with matching, PTO, and a scrub allowance. Radiology license is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Entry level position (floater); experience in Dental Assisting is a plus but not required.
• Radiology license preferred but not required.
• Resume showing a consistent and stable employment history.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients with a smile, making them feel comfortable and confident throughout their visit.
• Support the Dentist with various procedures.
• Ensure strict infection control by meticulously preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
• Sanitizing and prepping operatories for respective treatments.
• Adhere to OSHA and safety policies, prioritizing a secure and healthy environment.
• Educate patients on effective oral hygiene strategies as needed.
• Undertake diverse office tasks as needed for seamless practice operations.
