Dental365 in Toledo, OH is seeking an entry-level Dental Assistant (floater) to join a modern practice. You will welcome patients, assist the dentist, prepare and sterilize instruments, and maintain strict infection control to ensure a safe, comfortable visit for every patient.

The role offers part-time or full-time opportunities with a compensation range of $17–$21 per hour. Training and growth are emphasized within a patient-focused team.

Qualifications

• Entry level floater position in dental assisting.
• Radiology license preferred but not required.
• Resume showing a consistent and stable employment history.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, delivering exceptional patient experiences.

• Monday: 8:00am-5:00pm


• Tuesday: 8:00am-5:00pm


• Wednesday: 8:00am-5:00pm


• Thursday: 8:00am-5:00pm (optional)


• Friday: 8:00am-4:00pm (optional)

• This is an entry level position (floater) - previous experience in Dental Assisting experience a plus but not required!


• Radiology license preferred but not required
