Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant in Florida. No prior dental experience required; you’ll receive paid, hands-on training through our partnership with the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) — while working with a team that serves patients daily.

You will assist with procedures, set up operatories, handle infection control, and support charting for Doctors, with opportunities for growth and a supportive

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must obtain radiology certification within the state-required timeframe.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

As an Entry-Level Dental Assistant, you’ll get paid, hands‑on training through our partnership with the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) — all while working alongside a team that helps patients in your community every day.

Salary: $16 - $18 / hour

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Varies by independently owned and operated location; part-time, full-time, and flexible scheduling available*

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:
