Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant in Illinois to join a supportive team and provide essential clinical and administrative support. You will assist during a range of treatment procedures, help with operatory setup and cleanup, and ensure infection control and charting support for our doctors.

The role emphasizes ongoing learning with DANB certification pathways, paid training, and a structured benefits package designed to support growth and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within required timeframe for the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Supports patient charting for Doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
