Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant in a flexible, on-site role in the United States. No prior dental experience required; you will receive paid training through the DANB program and a clear path to becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA).

You will assist during procedures, prepare operatories, manage infection control, and support charting while collaborating with a supportive dental team to deliver excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

Entry-Level Dental Assistant No dental experience or certification is required to apply. As an Entry-Level Dental Assistant, you’ll get paid, hands‑on training through our partnership with the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) — all while working alongside a team that helps patients in your community every day.

Salary: $17 - $21 / hour Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Varies by independently owned and operated location; part-time, full-time, and flexible scheduling available*

What You’ll Do

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Supports patient charting for Doctors
• Perform various office tasks as necessary
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
