Specialty1 Partners’ Petaluma Endodontics in Petaluma, CA is seeking a talented Dental Assistant to join our busy specialty practice. You will support the Dentist with 4-handed dentistry, prep patients, sterilize instruments, maintain records, and keep the chairside area welcoming and efficient.

Qualifications

• At least 1+ years of proven experience as dental assistant, specialty is preferred.
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods.
• Understanding of health & safety regulations.
• Ability to perform regulated non-surgical tasks.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Well-organized and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients to the dental office and preparing them for treatment.
• Assisting the dentist through 4-handed dentistry.
• Sterilizing instruments according to regulations.
• Maintaining accurate patient records.
• Scheduling appointments and post-op visits.
• Assisting with payment procedures.
• Keeping the dental room clean and well-stocked.
