Job Details

Description: Hero Practice Services is seeking an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant to support dentists and hygienists in providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients. We focus on delivering efficient dental, vision, and orthodontic care to children in underserved communities.

Location: Aurora, CO

Pay Range: From $19.75/hour for entry-level to $27.00/hour for experienced professionals

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient experience and support
• Support scheduling and patient education on treatment importance
• Identify and assist with radiographs and intraoral images
• Manage patient records using dental software
• Apply behavior management techniques per pediatric dentistry guidelines
• Maintain a clean, sterile environment and comply with regulations
• Ensure the practice's cleanliness and presentation
• Perform additional duties to support the business and mission

Qualifications

• Active EDDA certification or registration per state requirements
• Dental office experience
• Proficiency with dental instruments and procedures
• Strong interpersonal skills and desire for growth
• Organized with a solid knowledge of dentistry
