Job summary

Wayland Dental in Wayland, MA is seeking a knowledgeable Dental Assistant to join our patient-centric, fully digital practice. You will help the dentist with setup, imaging, and patient education, while maintaining infection control and accurate chart documentation.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday 6:45am–5pm, Friday 6:45am–3pm. We offer paid vacation & holidays, a 401k with matching, and comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• At least one year of dental assisting experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• DANB Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for treatment in a timely, pleasant, and professional manner.
• Sterilize and prepare instruments for tray setups before dental procedures.
• Take diagnostic-digital imaging as prescribed by the dentists.
• Maintain meticulous records on patient charts and documents.
• Set up and breakdown rooms according to infection control protocols between patients.
