Gold Coast Dental is hiring a Dental Assistant who wants to join a long-term, privately owned practice. We welcome beginners and experienced assistants who enjoy helping patients, value teamwork, and want to grow with a practice that's just getting started.

Unlike busy offices, our new practice offers time to learn our systems, build confidence, and develop lasting relationships with patients and coworkers as we grow together.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms before each appointment.
• Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable throughout their visit.
• Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards.
• Take digital X-rays (as permitted by certification).
• Keep operatories organized, stocked, and ready for patient care.
• Educate patients on post-operative instructions and oral hygiene.
• Support the team in creating an exceptional patient experience.
