Massachusetts General Physicians Organization, Inc. is seeking a Per Diem Dental Assistant to support the dental care team at our Cambridge Street location.

You will assist with procedures, take radiographs, educate patients, and maintain records, while helping with scheduling and daily operations. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, a state Dental Assistant license, and familiarity with dental software and digital radiography.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Familiarity with dental practice management systems, electronic charting, and digital radiography preferred.
• 1 year or less of dental assistant experience preferred; willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dental procedures alongside the dental care team.
• Take dental radiographs and ensure proper X-ray equipment care.
• Educate patients on hygiene and home care instructions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Assist with scheduling and other day-to-day dental office tasks.
