Dental Dreams LLC in Chicago Heights, IL is hiring Dental Assistants to join a dedicated team. We value care, strong customer service, and the ability to handle administrative tasks.

No prior Dental Assistant experience is required, and full-time availability includes Mon-Fri with rotating Saturdays. We offer competitive compensation, paid training, and a benefits package including medical and vision insurance, PTO, and 401K.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Excellent customer service experience required.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred.
• Full-time availability Monday to Friday with rotating Saturdays.
• No prior Dental Assistant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Work under the general supervision and guidance of a dentist.
• Provide chair side assistance to the Dentist during dental examinations and treatment.
• Charting during the dental examination.
• Take and process X-rays.
• Sterilize and maintain instruments, as well as the Sterilization Area.
• Set up and break down operatories.
• Assist with supply inventory and ordering.
• Maintain a clean and professional office environment.
• Assist with presenting and/or explaining treatment plans.
• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
• Work as part of a team with emphasis on communication.
