Bradfordville Dental Care, part of Heartland Dental, is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team in Tallahassee, FL. Schedule: Mon–Fri 7:30am–5:00pm. You will greet patients, review health histories, take X-rays, and provide chairside support in a fast-paced, patient-first environment.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Certification as a dental assistant and X-ray certification if required by state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with HIPAA training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and educate them throughout treatment.
• Review patient health history to ensure quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and diagnostic assessments.
• Provide chairside assistance and four-handed dentistry.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records.
• Prepare treatment rooms following safety protocols (OSHA/CDC).
• Manage supplies and place orders as needed.
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems.
