Job summary

Lone Star Family Health Center in Conroe, TX is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our dental team. You will provide four-handed chairside support, manage patient flow, and help educate patients on oral hygiene while maintaining infection control standards.

Work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM in a fast-paced clinical environment. Required Texas RDA license, CPR/BLS, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license and CPR/BLS certification.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong infection control standards and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide four-handed chairside assistance to dentists and hygienists during procedures.
• Maintain efficient patient flow and doctor schedules to minimize wait times.
• Expose and process diagnostic radiographs with precision.
• Review patient histories, document vital signs in charts, and maintain records.
• Sterilize instruments and keep the treatment room clean and organized.
• Assist with treatment planning and obtain necessary consents.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care.
