Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist and hygienists with procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments/equipment
• Capture radiographs
• Provide oral hygiene instruction/education to patients
• Maintain patient records and inventory
• Ensure tidiness of treatment areas
• Maintain patient flow and reception
• Assist the dental team in expediting patient care whenever possible
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• One year of experience as a dental assistant or one year of dental assisting school required
• High school graduate or GED equivalency
• Current CPR Certification
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus but not required
