Job summary

Family Smiles LLC is seeking licensed dental professionals to join our team as Dental Assistants. The role involves chairside support, radiology operations, and maintaining sterilization across operatories.

We offer full-time opportunities with a signing bonus and opportunities for raises based on performance. Bilingual Spanish is preferred, and advancement paths such as Lead DA or Office Manager are possible.

Qualifications

• State Board issued Dental Assistant license or Radiology certification is required.
• DANB Radiation Health and Safety Certification required.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• OJT DA option available if certification is obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Day to day operations of the dental practice.
• Provide chairside assistance for dentists.
• Operate oral radiology equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of all tools and operatories.
• Patient service and engagement.
• Assist in explaining treatment plans to patients.
• Address patient concerns regarding treatment plans.
• Provide engaging patient service and acknowledge questions or concerns.
• Ensure quality service is always provided.

Pay

$22-28 DOE. Signing Bonus Available for new Full-Time licensed Dental Assistants.

Clinic Hours

M-F 10am-6pm, Sat 9am-2pm

Qualifications
