The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to support the Heroes who actively serve children and young people in our communities by improving their overall health and well-being.

You Will Be Responsible For The Following

• Providing the best patient experience possible
• Supporting optimized schedules and educating patient parents/guardians on treatment importance and urgency
• Taking and assisting with diagnostic radiographs and intraoral pictures (periapical, bitewings, panoramic)
• Using dental documentation software to manage patient records efficiently
• Providing behavior management following American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry guidelines
• Maintaining a clean, sterile, and patient-centric environment
• Ensuring compliance with regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, ADA, etc.)

You Will Be Required To Possess The Following

• Experience working in a dental office
• Proficiency with hygiene and operative instruments and understanding their proper use
• Strong interpersonal skills and a desire for professional growth
• Organization skills and a comprehensive knowledge of dentistry

Physical Requirements

This position requires full body motion, including sitting, walking, standing, talking, hearing, handling equipment, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
