Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide patients, helping them feel comfortable and cared for.
• Review and record patient health histories.
• Assist chairside during procedures (crown & bridge, endodontics, oral surgery, restorative care).
• Provide post-op instructions and oral hygiene education.
• Prepare operatories with sterilization protocols.
• Take and process impressions; fabricate temporary crowns and retainers.
• Manage lab cases and communicate with dental labs.
• Participate in daily huddles and maintain supplies.
