Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform basic Chairside responsibilities, including taking radiographs and pouring models.
• Assist doctor with dental procedures and maintain infection control.
• Keep operatory stocked and organized, ensure efficient turnover.

Dental Assistant position available to work Mon 7:45-6:00, Tues 8:45-7:00, Weds 7:45-6:00 Thurs. 1:00- 6:00 and Fri 7:45- 1:00

Responsibilities

Dental assistant should be familiar and perform basic Chair side responsibilities including but not limited to: Proficient doing the following procedures

Take Quality Radiographs,Pt. prophies and oral hygiene instruction, Taking impressions and pouring up and properly trimming stone models from impressions. Proper Infection control and Sterilization techniques. Placing dental sealants, Chairside assist doctor with composite filling procedures, Crown preparation procedures including making temporary crowns, Extractions and familiar with bone graft ad implant procedures. Quick and efficient turn over of operatory and keep operatory stalked with proper supplies and materials. Proper dental terminology and accurate and efficient charting and record keeping.

Qualifications

Prefer 1 year experience but is willing to train the right individual

Working knowledge of Dentrix dental software

Dependable, hard working, good communication skills
