We’re a modern, female-owned private dental practice in Pittsburgh (15220) seeking a compassionate, caring Dental Assistant (EFDA preferred) to join our upbeat and professional team. Our office is known for its supportive environment, loyal upper-middle-class patient base, and commitment to work-life balance.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Assist with 4-handed dentistry
• Select and set up instruments, equipment, and materials
• Sterilize instruments and maintain clean treatment rooms
• Take digital X-rays and impressions
• Provide oral hygiene and post-op care instructions
• Manage lab cases and ensure accurate documentation in EagleSoft
• Support smooth clinical flow and on-time patient care
  
  

Qualifications

• Dental Assistant experience preferred
• EFDA certification strongly preferred
• Willing to train the right candidate
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt with grace
• Familiarity with EagleSoft is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
