The role supports doctors, maintains cleanliness, takes radiographs, and ensures OSHA/HIPAA compliance. No weekends; schedule is Monday to Friday with alternating Fridays, $20-$24 per hour, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a Dental Assistant preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; state certifications encouraged (e.g., Radiology, CPR, RDA/RDAEF).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with dental software such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and seat them in the treatment room.
• Assist the dentist in patient care and procedures.
• Monitor lab materials and supplies; maintain back-office workflow.
• Take, expose, and mount dental radiographs.
• Ensure OSHA/HIPAA guidelines are followed; maintain a safe environment.
• Sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed.
