Lakeshore Family Dental Care is seeking a Dental Assistant to support a private practice focused on patient comfort and excellence in dentistry. The role emphasizes rooming patients, assisting with exams, and maintaining a sterile, efficient clinical environment.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, competitive hourly pay, and comprehensive benefits to support your health and well-being.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Dental Assistant.
• Radiology (x-ray) certification.
• Knowledge of dental operations.
• Strong desire to meet performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and guide them to the appropriate treatment room.
• Assist the doctor during exams and procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of existing & emerging dental technologies.
• Monitor and manage lab materials and supplies.
• Build trusting, positive relationships with patients.
• Follow all OSHA/HIPAA protocols.
• Clean, sterilize instruments, and prepare treatment rooms.
• Take, expose, and mount high-quality dental radiographs.
• Support team goals and daily practice efficiency.

What You’ll Do

As a Dental Assistant, you will help create seamless, comfortable patient experiences every day. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Preferred Qualifications

• Primescan digital scanning experience
• Cerec CAD/CAM experience
• Experience with Dental Softwares
