Location: Westborough, MA

Compensation: $21.00 - $29.00 / hour

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide chair-side clinical support, including charting, patient education, and operatory setup and clean-up
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience during all appointment phases
• Take and process X-Rays as prescribed
• Maintain patient treatment files and enter treatment plans
• Complete sterilization processes
• Educate patients on oral health importance
• Collaborate with team members across the practice

Qualifications:

• Completion of a dental assisting program or enrollment in our internal training program
• Radiology certification required
• Dental assisting experience preferred
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dental software (Dentrix, Eagle Soft, or Dental Vision)
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to exceptional patient care
