Description

The Dental Assistant supports the mission, goals, and objectives of North Country Family Health Center, Inc. through lending support and assistance to the dentist/dental hygienist and dental patient, ensuring the patient has a successful treatment outcome.

Work Schedule
  • 40 hours/week
  • 2 Saturdays/month; 8 a.m. to noon
  • 1 evening/week until 7 p.m.

Requirements

Dental Assistant certification, completion of a dental assisting course, or at least 1 year of experience in dental assisting or equivalent experience at the discretion of the supervisor, or a High School Diploma. Good dexterity, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the desire and ability to learn dental assisting tasks as required by the assigned dentist/dental hygienist.
