Tsai Periodontics in Walnut Creek, California, is looking for skilled Dental Assistants to provide exceptional periodontal care. The role involves assisting dentists, managing infection control, and educating patients. Ideal candidates will have prior dental and periodontic experience, as well as relevant certifications. Qualifications

• Prior Dental experience required.
• Periodontic & Implant experience required.
• Experience with Dentrix highly preferred.
• Dental Assistant Certificate where state regulations specify.
• X-ray certification where state regulations specify.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures while helping patients feel comfortable.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Take dental radiographs (x-rays).
• Manage infection control by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
• Provide patients with follow-up instructions following all dental treatment procedures.
• Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health.

Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday 9AM - 5PM

Compensation Range: $32.00 - $36.00 based on experience
