Community Health Services in Fremont, OH is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our outpatient team. You will support the Dentist with procedures, prepare instruments, sterilize, and ensure smooth patient flow while upholding HIPAA standards. Experience preferred; Ohio Radiography License and BLS are required.

We are looking to hire a skilled Dental Assistant at our Fremont office, with the flexibility to support other locations as needed. You would be working alongside a dynamic team of healthcare professionals allowing you to utilize your skills and grow in your profession. Under the direction of our Dental Manager you would be responsible for the assisting the Dentist with treatment plans, preparing instruments and materials for procedures, sterilization, and providing other dental functions to best support quality patient care.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct support to Dental Provider
• Communicate clearly with Providers, Patients, and CHS Staff
• Assist with Patient Procedures
• Follow all safety, HIPAA, and regulatory guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced Dental Assistant- pay differential for Certified DA's
• Must have active Ohio Radiography License
• Current Basic Life Support Certification
• Minimum of one year as an DA preferred
• Knowledge of documenting within the EHR
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task
• Ability to critically think and problem solve
• Reliable, professional, and compassionate
