Dental Innovations in Mesa, AZ is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant with active Arizona Radiologic Technology/Dental Radiology Certification to join our clinical team. Qualifications

• Strong chairside manner and commitment to patient comfort.

Position Overview

As a Dental Assistant at Dental Innovations, you will play a crucial role in creating a seamless, comforting experience for our patients while supporting our dentists in delivering top-tier clinical care. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnostic Imaging: Capture high-quality digital dental X-rays and intraoral images.

• Chairside Assisting: Provide seamless, 4-handed chairside assistance during preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and emergency procedures.

• Patient Care: Greet patients, review medical histories, and ensure a comfortable, anxiety-free experience throughout their visit.

• Operatory Management: Sterilize instruments, prepare treatment rooms, and strictly maintain OSHA and HIPAA compliance standards.

• Clinical Support: Assist with taking impressions, preparing dental materials, managing patient records, and delivering post-treatment care instructions.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Dental Assistant Certification (e.g., DANB, accredited program completion, or equivalent state certification).

• Active Arizona Radiologic Technology / Dental Radiology Certification (REQUIRED).

• Active CPR / BLS Certification.

• Prior experience as a Dental Assistant in a general or family dentistry practice.

• Strong chairside manner and commitment to patient comfort.

Preferences

• Experience with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental).

• Arizona Coronal Polish Certification.

• Experience assisting with digital diagnostics, crowns, bridges, and sedation dentistry.
