Description

The ADA Forsyth Institute was founded in 1910 to provide dental care to the disadvantaged children of Boston and today leads in oral health research. In October 2023, the Institute joined with the American Dental Association to form the ADA Forsyth Institute, a 501(c)(3) entity dedicated to improving people’s oral and overall health and powering the profession of dentistry through basic research, translational science, clinical technologies, and global public health outreach. Consistent with the Institute’s founding mission, the ADA ForsythKids mobile dental program continues to serve children in need.

ADA Forsyth Faculty Associates Dental Clinic is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our growing clinical team. If you are passionate about patient care and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

What You\'ll Do
  • Provide chairside assistance during general dental procedures
  • Prepare and break down treatment rooms in accordance with OSHA and infection control standards
  • Take and process dental radiographs (must be certified)
  • Clean, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments and equipment
  • Perform autoclave maintenance and ensure proper disposal of clinical waste

  • Update patient records and assist with inventory management
