Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dental Assistant located in Scottsdale, AZ. Our schedule shifts-every other week, we work Monday-Thursday and the other Tuesday-Thursday, no Fridays. There is opportunity to work on non patient days as needed. The Dental Assistant will be responsible for assisting the dentist during procedures, providing oral care to patients, and sterilizing instruments to name a few. Daily tasks also include preparing the treatment rooms, taking x-rays, and maintaining patient records. Ensuring a clean and orderly workspace is also a crucial part of the role. We are willing to teach the right person regardless of the dental background. We would additionally like someone who is willing to learn the front office to assist the office manager as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills is a must!
• Skills in Dental Care, Dentistry, and Oral Care is a plus but we are willing to teach
• Proficiency in Sterilization procedures is a plus but we are willing to teach
• Experience in Dental Assisting is a plus but we are willing to teach
• Excellent patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to learn new skills and assist with the front office as needed
