CHOICE Healthcare Services seeks a friendly Dental Assistant for our pediatric practice in Santa Fe, NM. You will prepare patients, assist the dentist, and help educate families about oral health in a fun, kid-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• A licensed or certified Dental Assistant in New Mexico (DANB or Radiology Certificate).
• Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!
• A friendly, patient, and upbeat personality that helps kids feel at ease.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A passion for providing excellent care in a team-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and assist the dentist during procedures.

Education and/or Experience

• Certification from a dental college OR three to six months related experience and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred

Required Certificates or Licenses

• X-Ray New Mexico certification with license number
• BLS certification

Preferred Certificates or Licenses

• Topical Fluoride New Mexico Certification
• Sealant New Mexico Certification
• Coronal Polish New Mexico Certification with License number
