Lewis & Hawn Dental in Sandpoint, ID is seeking an experienced dental assistant who values compassionate patient care and teamwork. You will support dentists across procedures and keep treatment rooms ready with strict infection control.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $17.00 – $21.00++ per hour DOE.
• Additional Benefits Value: Approximately $4.00–$7.00+ per hour.

Work Schedule

• Monday: 7:30 AM – 2:15 PM.
• Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 5:15 PM.
• Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 5:15 PM.
• Thursday: 7:30 AM – 2:15 PM (One staff meeting per month until 5pm).
• Friday: Enjoy a three-day weekend!

What You'll Do

• Assist dentists in delivering outstanding patient care with confidence, professionalism, and compassion.
• Assist with a variety of procedures including CEREC same-day crowns, implants, root canal therapy, restorative treatment, extractions, airway orthodontics, and sleep-related therapies.
• Capture digital impressions and occlusal registrations.
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain strict infection control standards.
• Accurately document patient treatment information in our dental software.
• Help create an environment where every patient feels heard, respected, and comfortable.
