Areo Dental Group’s St. John Smiles is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to support dentists and staff in delivering exceptional patient care. You will assist with chairside procedures, help manage clinical areas, and maintain strict infection control while contributing to a fast-growing multi-practice group.

The role emphasizes earning a 5-star patient experience, maintaining schedules, and supporting ongoing education within a collaborative team that values humility, urgency, and excellence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos.
• Document medical and dental history per dentist's instructions.
• Assist the dentist during procedures and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Maintain clean and organized clinical areas for a great patient experience.
• Follow sterilization protocols as per OSHA and CDC guidelines.
• Restock rooms, track inventory, and assist with placing orders.
• Keep the team on schedule and ensure patients are seated on time.
• Provide a 5-star patient experience that encourages positive reviews.
