Job summary

Woo Dental seeks a Dental Assistant to join our in-person team in Ridgefield, New Jersey. You will contribute to patient care, support office operations, and uphold high standards of service and cleanliness.

The role requires at least 2 years of dental assisting experience and CPR certification. Knowledge of Open Dental is a plus, with on-the-job training provided. Weekend availability is a consideration for scheduling and growth within the practice.

Qualifications

• 2 years dental assisting experience
• CPR Certification
• Knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus, but training will be provided

Responsibilities

• Exemplary communication as the first impression of the team
• Accurate inventory control and organization
• Flexible and accommodating for patients
• Maintain cleanliness, timeliness, and service
• Perform restorative procedures including crown and bridge, extractions, implants and clear aligner orthodontics

Dental Assistance Core Competencies:

• Minimum of 2 year dental assisting experience
• CPR Certification
• Prior knowledge of open dental software is a plus, but not required as we will provide training

• Impeccable organization for inventory control
• A willingness to be flexible and accommodating for patients
• Consistent in cleanliness, timeliness and service
• Mastery in simple restorative procedures as well as crown and bridge, extractions, implants and clear aligner orthodontics
