Job summary

Cute Smiles 4 Kids in Phoenix, AZ seeks a friendly dental assistant to support doctors and staff, greet patients, and help ensure a positive, efficient patient experience.

You will take radiographs, impressions, and intraoral photos, prepare and sterilize the treatment room, chart patient records, and maintain a clean, sterile, patient-centered environment while upholding confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Active license/registration as a dental assistant per state requirements.
• At least 6 months of dental assisting experience.
• CPR or BLS certification is required.
• CODA-accredited program completion preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and confidentiality skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with charting, records, and scheduling software.
• Organizational skills and dentistry terminology knowledge.

Qualifications

• Active license/registration to practice as a dental assistant, as required by your state
• 6+ months of experience as a dental assistant
• CPR or BLS certification
• Completion of a CODA accredited dental assisting program (preferred)
• Quick learner with strong problem solving skills
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Comfortable with software used for charting, records, and scheduling
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Organized with strong knowledge of dentistry and dental terminology
